Hello and welcome! My name is Chelsea Grimm. I am an artist, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the proud owner of Grimm Design Co. based in Metro Detroit.
When I was growing up, my dad always told me to "pick a career that sparks your fire, creativity is embedded in your DNA." However, like any anguished teenage soul, I ignored his divine wisdom and went off to business school. It wasn't long before I realized that my creative spark was quickly fading.
In 2012, I decided to go back to my roots and began my journey as a designer at Specs Howard School of Media Arts. From freelance to FX makeup, my creative career has been far from a straight path. Through this journey, I've learned that finding your niche and developing your passion is a continuous evolution, and with each project comes new opportunities for creativity.

After almost a decade in the design industry, bringing other companies' visions to life, I am taking a step back to focus on creating art that brings me joy. You can find me painting botanicals in my garden. If that's your vibe, let's chat.
