As the head of our marketing department, I led the following marketing campaigns:

• Conducted extensive market research to develop insurance marketing initiatives that support companies' growth and client retention goals.

• Developed a consistent brand identity throughout the organization

• Managed social media strategy including influencer marketing strategies

• Overhauled the website and developed a new brand identity

• Wrote copy for website, print collateral, social media, blog post, and all other external communications

• Led efforts to develop new onboarding materials for new team members
